The Caring Sharing Telethon aired on Seaside Cable on December 14, 2003 for the twelfth consectutive year and raised over $30,000 for the Glace Bay Food Bank in Cape Breton. Johnny travelled from Ontario to perform on behalf of the Food Bank, a cause that has always been close to his heart. As he has often said, he wishs the they had been around when he was growing up in Cape Breton.
